You consent to receive recurring SMS or MMS messages from HS Buyers LLC concerning your property inquiry and related service notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any service.

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and communication needs. You may generally receive between one and five messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out and Help

You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, END, or QUIT. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information below. After an opt-out request is processed, you may receive a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Dispute Resolution

Any arbitration provision will be interpreted and enforced only to the extent allowed by law.

You represent that you have the legal right and authority to accept these Terms and Conditions. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. We may revise these terms from time to time, and the updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
